2010 Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc San Antonio Valley
Cartagena is located in the extreme west of the San Antonio Valley, 4 km from the Pacific Ocean, and is the closest vineyard in Chile to the coast. The Sauvignon Blanc comes from granite and mineral soil on a steep hillside, which gives more complexity and concentration to the wine. It is very fresh and dry, with lemon and lime notes and underlying minerality. Pair with seafood, savory appetizers or herbal flavors.

2010 Los Vascos Rose Cabernet Sauvignon Colchagua Valley
The rosé of Los Vascos is made from grapes which are immediately pressed after harvesting. This preserves the freshness, the fruity aromas and the bright colour brought by the juice. It is best to drink young to fully enjoy the lively and elegant features.
2009 Veramonte ‘Reserva’ Pinot Noir – Casablanca Valley, Chile
The Casablanca Valley is getting a lot of attention for its Pinot Noir lately. Veramonte’s Reserve Pinot by consulting winemaker Paul Hobbs is a great example of this trend. It has a bright cherry color with aromas of summer berries, toast and vanilla. The wine spent 11 months in French oak barrels, and has a richness and intensity on the palate that you might not expect for the low price tag. Drink with grilled salmon or tuna steaks, roast chicken or soft, aromatic cheeses.
2008 Arboleda Carmenere Colchagua Valley
Arboleda is a boutique winery founded by Eduardo Chadwick of Errazuriz and Vinedo Chadwick. This 100% Carmenere was hand-harvested from the Colchagua Valley, a subregion of the Rapel Valley. 60% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. It has lush black fruit flavors with some spice and chocolately notes. Because the wine has ripe fruit, medium body and soft tannins, it can pair with a variety of foods and even spicy dishes.
