Mas Belles Eaux is AXA’s newest wine property and the successful 2005 vintage the first following an extensive renovation and overhaul. Though drinking well now, the Sainte-Helene cuvee is the most age-worthy wine in the Mas Belles Eaux portfolio. “Rich, ripe aromas and flavors of kircsh, dark plum, chocolate and spice are backed up by a chiseled structure and firm tannins.
