Sparkling Wine

Pascual Toso Brut Sparkling Wines (Mendoza, Argentina)
This is a 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine. It is made with natural fermentation. Bright color with green and yellowish hues. The selected yeasts are perfectly balanced with our chardonnay. It has gentle, soft and fresh taste.
 

White Wines

Montes Sauvignon Blanc Limited Selection (Leyda Valley, Chile)
A crisp and fruity wine. Light yellow-green color; bright and clear. The aroma shows pure and intense Sauvignon Blanc character, showing the potential of its cold-zone origin in coastal Leyda Valley, where the morning fogs and low temperatures prolong the hanging period.

SoloContigo Torrontés (La Rioja, Argentina)
A water-white, lemon colored wine with bright aromatics of citrus fruits, like lime and grapefruit, along with floral fragrances like orange blossom and hints of honeysuckle. The wine is light-bodied, yet ripe and intense with stone and citrus fruits along with hints of white pear. Vibrant and harmonious in the mouth with zesty acidity and an elegantly crisp mouthfeel. Best enjoyed in its youth either by itself, or as a wonderful partner with smoked meats, mild to medium-strong cheeses, and seafood (especially crab!).

Red Wines

Catena Malbec Vista Flores (Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina)
The Catena Malbec Appellation Vista Flores shows a dark violet color with purple reflection. The nose offers ripe, concentrated dark and red fruit aromas with delicate floral notes of violets and roses along with traces of chalk-stone and mocha. The mouthfeel is rich and full, with notes of sweet spices and a touch of leather. The finish presents a soft and very well integrated tannins with bright, crisp acidity that gives the wine exceptional length.

Primus Carmenere (Colchagua Valley, Chile)
Carmenere was once a part of many Bordeaux blends and was transplanted to Chile in the 1800s. Today, Chile is one of the only countries to produce Carmenere, a late-ripening grape with deep color and a rich, soft texture.  Deep crimson color, aroma of ripe red fruits, spices, fresh berries, dark cherry, plum, and currant wrapped in smoky spice and a hint of dark chocolate flavors.  Blend of 93% Carmenere and 7% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
